When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that pre-order items will ship around the release date listed on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Music media (CDs, Vinyl) and digital downloads are final sale unless defective. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How do I know what size to order?
A detailed size chart is available on each apparel product page. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own to ensure the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be modified.
